Fabricated beautifully

When renovating our kitchen for our older home, we visited many shops before landing at Stone-Tech. The reason we chose to work with them first and foremost are their staff and customer service. They walked us through all of the options and discussed them with us not making us feel hurried or pressured. The staff had appropriate training not only in the products available, but in how to treat a customer well which is incredibly rare in this day and age. After looking at several products, we chose a piece of Kashmiri White Granite. It was fabricated beautifully and we had a number of edge profiles to choose from. The measurer was professional, thorough and accurate. The installers were amazing, very polite and paid attention to every detail. They took pride in their work and clearly wanted to achieve a top quality end product. They worked cleanly and cleaned up after themselves leaving us with a beautiful benchtop that people are remarking on already. We are very glad we chose Stone-Tech for this pivotal piece of our long-awaited kitchen renovation. This was a quality job from first contact to last.

Simply amazing

Wow, I am so happy with my bench stone it is amazing!! Stone-Tech were so helpful from start to finish. My builder left me with unfinished kitchen and stone tech did an amazing job. They managed to flushmount my induction cooktop and match everything perfectly. From the lovely guy who did my quote to the installer, I can not be happier. I had a small issue during install, I called stone-tech and it was sorted immediately. Professional and friendly. I will definitely use them again for all my stone work.

Perfectly aligned

Good Morning Mandy (and Daniel), many thanks for looking after this. The cooktop bench top is now re-installed and is perfectly aligned and looks great. Also the splashback, breakfast benchtop, waterfalls all look great.

End product was fantastic

Stone-tech supplied and installed granite & caesar stone into our new kitchen, bathrooms and formal dining room fireplace and travertine internal stairway step treads. True stone technicians

Step one was a visit to Stone Tech’s showroom at Boundary Rd Northmead. What was on show was most impressive, but what resonated with us with distinction was the friendly and accommodating nature of the staff – what a warm and satisfying experience that was! Shout out to Mandy! Step two was a visit from the check and measure representative from Stone Tech – Brad. Brad made a courtesy call to confirm the appointment and then another to advise of the specific arrival time. He arrived at the time he advised! His counsel on specific aspects of our Stone Benchtops was invaluable – all with true professionalism and confidence that can only stem from deep expertise. Brad’s friendly nature was a welcome added bonus. His input was outstanding and for that he gets 11/10 (yes. eleven out of ten; an expression of our appreciation for his input). Step 3 was the installation. After the sales (Step One) and the check and measure (Step two), our hopes and expectations were very high. True to their word, Stone Tech sent us two installers who installed our laundry benchtops without any fuss and left no mess or damage whatsoever. Given the skill they demonstrated, and the ease which they went about their task, we believe the term ‘installers’ is a completely inadequate term; instead we favour the term ‘ Stone Technicians’. They were simply brilliant ‘Stone Technicians’. Step 4 is a long happy life with our finished laundry – complete with Stone benchtops! We commend Stone Tech for the experience they shared with us – customer service, quality product, highest quality/professional/helpful/friendly people. We hope it goes without saying that we have no hesitation in recommending Stone Tech.
